How long will my return take to process?

Your refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment within 30 days of receiving your return order. Please Note: The Original Shipping and Handling will not be refunded. If you need assistance, please email us at hello@oromapy.com or give us a call at 1833-OROMAPY

How can I receive a return label?

How do I exchange my order?

We will happily exchange your item. Email us at hello@oromapy.com to begin the process.

Shipping Policy:

Oromapy offers a $8 Flat Rate shipping for all online orders. We will process & ship your order within one business day if the order is placed before 4pm EST during Monday- Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Mondays.

Back Orders:

If an item is backordered it will ship as soon as it is in stock.  For any questions regarding out of stock items please contact us at hello@oromapy.com.

Returns:

Oromapy offers a 7-day return & exchange policy. If it is within the 7 days, we will happily accept any return for you. Once we receive the product back, we will issue a full product refund.  Please make sure the lid(s) are on tightly and include the return email inside your package. Please keep in mind, original shipping is not credited back and customers are responsible to pay for return shipping.

Defective or damaged product policy: 

If your order arrives with any damages please contact us right away and we would be happy to assist you. Please email hello@oromapy.com and include a photo.  Please also include a detailed description of the problem along with your order number.  Product will be replaced or a refund can be submitted.
